The famous abura soba in town; Yamatoten Abura Soba's PIK outlet has just moved to a new location at PIK Avenue 2nd Floor (behind Dotonburi area). Good NEWS for YOU! From 2nd-4th June 2017 you can buy one bowl of original abura soba for only IDR 19.900 for the first 200 customers per day! *Dine-in only & 1 customer can only buy 1 bowl.
Chicken Karaage (38k). I like that the chicken was very tender and not too oily. A nice side dish to complete the delish abura soba.
Karami Ontama Abura Soba (72k). Abura soba with spicy miso sauce, served with half boiled egg, chopped spring onions, sesame seeds, bamboo shoots, dried seaweed, and slices of tender pork. Actually it's the same dish with the original abura soba, but served with the half boiled egg which made it more more delicious. I love the noodle texture, along with the creamy yet yummy taste. Still be my favorite abura soba in town! Recommended!
For those who haven't tried abura soba, here's how to eat abura soba :
First, pour 2 rounds of vinegar & 2 rounds of chili oil, then mix the noodle immediately in quick circular motion. Lastly, enjoy it while it's hot!
